Technical Project Manager | Digital Health | Berlin (Remote)

iO Associates are supporting a leading brain training platform in their search for a Technical Project Manager. This is a newly created role, which will play a pivotal role within the product and compliance-driven teams, operating at the nexus of technology, privacy, and medical software.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage technical projects spanning product, business, and compliance domains.
  • Define and document technical requirements, translating them into actionable tickets for developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, compliance, and QA.
  • Support the implementation of standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, in conjunction with our regulatory team.
  • Conduct internal audits, enhance internal tech workflows, and documentation.
  • Stay abreast of software development trends and App Store/Play Store guidelines.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical field (e.g., backend/frontend/mobile/project management)
  • Hold a technically relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or have at least 3 years of professional experience as a developer.
  • Have strong project management skills and enjoy leading complex initiatives.
  • Know how to draft detailed developer tickets in tools like Jira.
  • Are fluent in German and English (C1+)
  • Experience working on consumer-facing digital products (e.g., health, education, e-commerce, or games)
  • Experience with mobile apps and related compliance in app stores
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485
