What we’re looking for;
Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
We are looking for a technical support engineer to work with one of our divisions in ensuring all equipment, hardware and demonstration servers are maintained and deployed. This position will provide technical assistance for a variety of projects, liaising with key stakeholders such as Project Managers and technical staff to ensure projects can be delivered on time and to quality as well as maintaining and operating equipment for trade shows and demonstrations.
This will be a varied role encompassing both hands-on technical work but also customer and client facing where you will be involved as part of the team demonstrating some of the UKs most exciting and cutting edge technologies such as UAVs, Electro-optic sensors and next-generation mapping and communication technologies.
This role will involve working with:
Windows
Linux
Configuration projects
Integration projects
Escalation of unresolved projects
Remote desktop applications
Experience required:
Minimum of three years’ experience in networking
Hands-on experience with Windows/ Linux/ Android
The role will require travel to trade shows & demonstrations as well as time spent in the tech lab in Bristol and helping to build and maintain a state of the art demo room.
