Technical Team Lead - Fully remote £70,000

Your own approach is valued and trusted. You will lead your own fully functional, autonomous team in your own way, helping your team members to develop professionally and to reach shared goals. This role is predominantly hands-on (70%), but there is flexibility based on your preferred work style.

Technical Requirements:

• C#.Net
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Mentoring, coaching and managing a team of developers and testers
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Knowledge of building complex web applications: RESTful APIs, Security best practices, Scalability.
• Agile/ scrum environment

You will be working with the top developers across the UK, EU and SA on a fully remote basis, with the option to visit the international offices or to meet up with your UK colleagues.

Full right to work in the UK is required as this company is not currently offering sponsorships.

Salary £60-70k depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
