What we're looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We're looking to hire a Trade Compliance Co-Ordinator that will support our trade and compliance team with day to day tasks and lead in dealing with incoming and outgoing shipments. The role would see you working directly with our Security and Licencing Manager and assisting with queries and co-ordination with departments across the business.

This is an excellent role for a highly organised individual who has current knowledge of customs, documentation and administration. You will be assisting with a wide range of work and being the focal for shipping tasks. This could offer an excellent chance for an individual to continue to grow their trade compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities will include:

· Manage day to day import, export and customs requirements

· Processing controlled data and recording transfers and administration

· Working alongside the engineering teams to assign commodity codes

· Engaging with commercial and supply chain to classify products

· Supporting the Trade Compliance team with all tasks.

What we're looking for:

· Working knowledge of Export, Import and customs

· Experience with logistics & shipping

· Fantastic communication skills.

· An eye for detail

· Excellent written and IT skills.
