iO (part of the Precision Resource Group Umbrella) are currently searching for talented and ambitious sales people to join us during a truly exciting phase in the companies development. I am writing this advert as one who has been here for 5 years and have seen the company grow from 30 to over 160 people in that time.

The company enjoys market leader status in a number of different areas which has made the business extremely robust and stable and, having come out of a very challenging year with our highest profit to date, there is a real buzz around what can be achieved in the next 10 years.

Your responsibility will be delivering recruitment services to existing accounts as well as cultivating and generating new business development opportunities.

I can't deny that the hours can be long and the learning curve is steep, but if you have the hunger to succeed and the discipline to learn, it is an extremely rewarding career.

I truly believe that anyone with the right application can be a success at this job so I just want to speak with you. Starting salary is £19,000 and realistic first years salary + commission is around £27 - £32,000, second year on-wards can typically be anything north of £40,000 and the earning potential grows exponentially from there.
