L&D Training Manager (E Learning Specialist)

iO Associates are currently seeking a L&D Training Manager with a strong E-Learning background for an initial 6-month contract. This is a stream of contract work on a new, large scale retail programme which has just had official sign off and will likely extend.

You, the successful L&D Training Manager will be responsible for driving implementation and engagement of new E-Learning training programmes, ensuring global, regional and market advisors are fully equipped with the resource and knowledge to attract new and exisiting customers.

Strong communication skills are essential to successfully encourage eLearning roll-out and participation and proposing alternative methods that suit the business needs.
