iO have partnered up with a global leader in FMCG to help them find a UK Technical Systems Data Manager to join their UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who offer a great working environment and great benefits. This role will be based between Kegworth, and Bridgwater so would suit a candidate who is happy to travel between both sites.

The role will involve ensuring data within technical and quality management systems are accurate in order to permit effective purchasing, manufacture, and dispatch of FMCG products and support delivery to agreed technical KPI's and objectives. The role will involve maintaining master and quality data.

You will lead your team on ensuring Technical and Quality Management databases and systems are maintained and developed in accordance with business needs, whilst ensuring all data is accurately inputted and maintained within agreed timescales following best practice.

There will be a team of 8, who are evenly spread across Kegworth and Bridgwater and you will be responsible for the development of the UK Systems Data Team.

The IT systems used include things like SAP, iRen, SAP QM and Harford, Manzini, Botec, Tetra, Marco Systems and Technical & Quality Management Databases.

To be succesful in this role you will need:

  • Food and beverage experience gained ideally withing an FMCG environment.
  • You should be fully conversant with modern manufacturing methodologies
  • Wanting to drive continuous improvement in quality systems.
  • Experience in a Technical/quality systems role
  • Data Driven and Analytical
  • Team Leadership and Management experience.

In return you will receive a salary between £37,000-£44,000 along with 3x basic salary life assurance plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays) and a pension scheme of 6% ER/5î.
