User Researcher

User Researcher - 3 Month Contract - Fully Remote - £350 - £400 per day

IO Associates are proud to be partnered with an organisation who are looking to bring on a User Researcher for a 3 Month Contract role

This role is fully Remote and Sits inside IR35 paying rates of £350 - £400 per day

You will be working with a digital services team to carry out research activities with users to develop better understanding of the service

Skills required:

- Experience delivering Discovery and Design phases in complex environments

- Experience across a range of different research methodologies

- Experience producing high quality UX outputs e.g. personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, designs, and prototypes

- Working in a Agile environment

- Experience across Usability and Accessibility testing

- Knowledge of GDS service design patterns and standards
