User Researcher

User Researcher - Fully Remote - £575 per day - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35

Exciting opportunity for a User Researcher to work for a key government division on fully remote basis. You would be working on one of their essential transformation projects with an emphasis on digitisation.

The typical daily responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, carrying out user research activities, conveying findings to develop a deeper understanding of the users and their needs and, working alongside designers, product managers and developers to convert findings into stories and actions that point to key product and service features.

Job Essentials

• Exceptional research and analysis skills, (e.g. designing, conducting, and analysing data and information from different research methodologies)
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the Government Service Standard and GDS Service Manual
• A degree in psychology, cognitive science, human factors, computer science, product/interaction design, human computer interaction or related disciplines.

In return you would be provided with a generous day rate, the flexibility to work fully remotely and the strong likelihood of contract extension.
