Role: UX Researcher

Location: London Office with Mostly Remote Options

Salary: £40,000 - £47,500 + Benefits Package

It's not often that you get the oppportunity to influnce the user journeys of one of the most widely used products in the travel industry but this role will give you the chance to do just that. By joining this team you'll be the research team expert on technology to conduct usability tests on mobile apps (iOS and Android), both in-lab, and remotely. The apps in question are used by hundreds of millions of unique users per month. Exciting, right?

To get involved with this award-winning and pioneering company, we are looking for around 5 years of experience within applied research.

You will also have:

- Experience with qualitative research methods

- Experience with conducting usability testing on mobile apps (iOS and Android) and an understanding of current technologies

- Experience working with social media and/or social network sites

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- The ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Confidence when relaying your findings to the teams around you, and to senior managers/stakeholders
