Title: Verification and Certification Engineer - Propulsion System
Location: Munich, Germany
Type: Working on-site is required (1-2 days per week home office possible)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension/Conversion possible)
Salary: up to €45/hr (€93K Gross) Depending on experience

A leading firm in Munich, Germany, offers an exciting opportunity for a Verification and Certification Engineer.

This role places you at the heart of an Integrated Project Team (IPT) dedicated to the propulsion system's lifecycle, from inception through detailed design, testing, and serial production. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of propulsion technology, contributing to a project that aims to redefine transportation through advanced aerospace solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree (MSc/M.Eng preferred)
  • 5+ years in the aerospace sector, with aircraft systems certification experience
  • Proficiency in V&V activities, test planning, and execution
  • Strong understanding of design principles, system requirements, and Part 21J
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Lead propulsion system development and V&V activities
  • Author test plans and manage requirements lifecycle
  • Liaise with certification authorities
