2nd line support - London Based
iO Associates are currently looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join our client for a 6-month contract role offering a competitive day rate for an immediate start. interviews will take place next week. This role is an ongoing need within the company so extensions and perm opportunities can follow.
You'll be providing experience and knowledge acting on escalated tickets from the 1st line support while acting as escalating issues you cant overcome to the third line team. You'll be liaising with clients on a regular basis to you need to be a concise communicator.
- Previous relevant experience as a Support Engineer (at least 2 years as a 2nd line).
- Extensive experience with Active Directory, Microsoft servers and VMware.
- Strong networking skills, virtual environments and storage.
- O365 / MS Exchange skillset.
