Air Domain Business Development Manager

Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Countrywide

Salary: Highly competitive salary with bonus structure

Elbit systems are on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in sales in to defence partners, specifically sales of airborne systems or experience of product sales within the wider defence sphere but focussed on products or systems sales.

This role sit's within ESUK's Business Development function, supporting the Director of Business Development - Air and focusing on opportunities and portfolios in the air environment in the UK. The role itself offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a team that have created warm client relationships but will afford the opportunity to work across a number of Air domains allowing for maximum client retention and attraction within your business area.

This role is suitable either for an individual with a wealth of experience selling products within the air domain across UAV, ISTAR or Airborne EW or to an individual with a wealth of sales experience within defence systems and electronics.

With the continued growth of the company there is plenty of opportunity for a successful business development manager to be generating new business and sales quickly but also for growth within the company as well.

The role itself has a degree of flexibility around basing location, with travel to the Elbit offices in Bristol and also travel to relevant client sites to build strong face to face relationships with key commercial players.
