New Business Development Manager
Hybrid - mix of office (Milton Keynes)
Permanent Up to £50K

We're seeking a results-driven New Business Development Manager to grow our Sales team. You'll identify and convert new customers, build a sustainable pipeline for our cellular and satellite connectivity solutions, and leverage leads, outreach, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, build win plans, and close new business.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to unlock further growth opportunities.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with pipeline, account, and campaign activity.
  • Work towards achieving KPIs and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within telecommunications/IoT.
  • Formal sales training (account planning, qualification, presentation skills).
  • Experience using sales qualification methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications and IoT industries.
