Location: Schwaben/Swabia Region, Bavaria, Germany

Employment: Direct Permanent Employment or ANU/AUG

Salary: up to €90k pa depending on experience

Working Hours: 4 day work week - 36 hrs per week

My client is a Part-21J organisation specialists in aircraft design & certification providing modifications, upgrades, and conversions services. To drive upcoming projects they are searching for an Airworthiness Specialist to lead certification program & authority liaison.

The role:

• Development of certification programs with design engineers and compliance verification engineers (CVEs)
• Lead communication and coordination with regulatory bodies such as EASA and LBA
• Management of sub-contractor design verification
• Conduct compliance demonstration checks and approvals
• Oversee certification documentation management
• Assist improving DO processes and procedures
• Provided support for CAMO airworthiness matters

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in aircraft/equipment certification
• Good understanding of EASA Part-21 and CS/FAR Part 23
• Knowledge of Air-Operation regulations EASA/FAA
• Fluent English language skills, German language is a bonus
