Business Administrator

iO Associates have recently partnered with a Bristol-based business that strives to empower communities to become self-sufficient, resilient and sustainable through the deployment of renewables with cutting-edge technology.

We are currently searching for a Business Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. As Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for working alongside the business founder to shape the future of the company through growing the team, establishing culture, and developing a robust pipeline of urban renewable energy projects across the UK.

The ideal candidate does not need previous experience in the renewable energy sector but must share the passion of making the world a better place.

Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as investors and clients

- Acting as the HR point of contact for employees as well as driving internal recruitment and associated processes

- Collaborate with the finance unit on day-to-day business administration and financial reporting

- Managing physical office locations and services and IT subscriptions.

CV shortlisting will be w/c 8th April with interviews being held w/c 15th April.

This is a permanent position to be based in the central Bristol offices, on a hybrid basis. There is also opportunity to be part-time / 4 days per week.
