Base Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum.

Skills & Experience:

• Previously/Currently working within a Consultancy style business and being experienced within technology portfolios, such as Microsoft 365, will help your experience stand out against the crowd!
• Leading and delivering complex change in a variety of contexts, organisations, and sectors.
• Familiar with a range of leading change models and tools.
• Designing and facilitating workshops.
• Engaging and managing executive level stakeholders.
• Creating, delivering, and evaluating complex communication plans and related activities.
• Designing, delivering and evaluating training including face to face, virtual, and e-learning.

Your focus will be:

Delivering organisational business change, focusing on key areas such as communications, engagement, training, and user adoption. Supporting clients by helping to shape their culture and develop new ways of working, to maximise the positive impact of the latest technologies.
