Do you want the opportunity to work as a configuration analyst for one of the IoT domain's most exciting companies? Here you'll have the chance to work with both the latest technology and in an amazing team of people.

Our client works within the internet of things domain, providing innovative and effective software that automates and improves systems around the world. You'll be working on a small team with big ambitions, having just landed lucrative contracts with the likes of Tesco and Walmart the sky is the limit.

You'll have the opportunity to work 50/50 in the office and remotely.

Your responsibilities will include supporting customer changes because of refits and remodels when our product is implemented. You'll be checking the log of support issues, identifying, and resolving as required. You'll also be communicating with customers via telephone and Email and liaising with your team.
