Data Architect

iO Associates are partnered with a Finance Services Organisation, based in Cheltenham, who are currently looking for a Data Architect to join the team on a contract basis. This role involves designing a secure, scalable data architecture for both the current and future phases of the business program, aligning with regulatory and industry standards.

Job Title: Data Architect (6-Month Contract, Outside IR35)

Location: Cheltenham - 2 days onsite

Length - 6 months initial

Day Rate: £425 Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive data architecture aligned with business goals
• Define data models, flow diagrams, lifecycle, and integration for Fusion's current and future states.
• Embed architecture practices within governance processes.
• Support Data & Analytics with sourcing data within Fusion applications.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in data architecture, ideally within insurance.
• Proficiency in data modelling, integration, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with metadata management, MDM, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience in the finance sector preferable.
