Data Scientist - £40,000-£50,000 Per Annum - North Wiltshire

Did you know that the air inside your home is generally between two and five times more polluted than the air outside, according to the Environmental Protection Agency. We all know just how bad outdoor pollution is and what we can do to help, but very few people realise the effects of indoor pollution and the harm it can have on our health.

Luckily, this company is at the forefront of providing the solutions to this very problem. You will be working on the analysis side of the company, helping to assess the air pollution and use this information to road-map how to continuously improve the products, ensuring their products remain the most effective on the market.

This position is with a company who develop consumer products and are the market leader in their field meaning the technology you will be contributing towards will be enjoyed and used by millions of people across the globe. The role is for someone with very strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can analyse data and use this information to help improve technology performance and assist in informing owners of the benefits in breathing even cleaner air.

You will need to come from a Data Science/Analysis background, have prior knowledge using Data Science tools such as NumPy/SciPi, GIS Products, Jupyter Notebooks or Python and be familiar with the Environmental / Air Quality field.

In return, my client is willing to offer a highly competitive salary of between £40,000-£50,000 Per Annum as well as 27 days holiday plus eight statutory bank holidays, Pension scheme, Performance related bonus, Life assurance and more!
