Desktop Support - Remote working - £300 day rate - 3-month rollling contract
iO Associates are currently looking for a Desktop Support for a 3-month rolling contract role paying up to £300 a day. This will be a remote working role after an intial period of assessment during the first couple of weeks of the contract.
- Pilioting a laptop scheme starting in November to determine adequacy - 700/800 machines and then will be processing allocation to clients
- Bringing In-house services that were previously outsourced - this will involve application installations for clients
- Strong experience in 2nd/3rd line support roles
- Strong experience patching
- Windows 10
- O365 rollout
- Used Intune
- Sofware updates
- AD management
