Electronics Design Engineer

I'm currently seeking an electronics design engineer to join my client who specialise in IoT locking systems. The role can offer 3 days remote and 2 days on site at their office in Eastbourne.

They're a small, established, 30 person company who develop electronic & mechanical locking systems for high security applications such as EV charging points, telecoms, power networks and gaming machines. They supply their products to over 140 countries - they're a small company with the order book of an international corporation!

The role itself is varied and exciting! You'll get involved in the full product lifecycle from initial concept to final product and testing - you'll pick up and utilise skills in schematics, PCB layout, serial communications, BLE/Wi-fi development and real-time firmware debugging.

Your skillset

• PCB design that consider EMC implications
• Electronic design and software/firmware skills
• Schematics and creating PCB layouts
• Real-time debugging of firmware
