Filton - Hybrid (occasional travel to Newport)

IO Associates is seeking for a Facilities Manager for the Filton site. You will join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Responsibilities

Manage project execution, subcontractors, and safety compliance.
Control finances including margins, applications, costs, and final accounts.
Set and deliver project objectives on scope, timelines, and budget.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Skills

NEBOSH qualification.
CDM awareness Is required
Aerospace industry experience preferred
Able to manage key stakeholders
