You will be responsible planning and overseeing electric, HVAC, and fire protection projects. Integrate specialized equipment into building systems. Manage maintenance and repairs for facilities. Coordinate with external companies and services. Identify and resolve facility issues, driving improvement projects with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects (electric systems, HVAC, fire protection).
• Ensure seamless integration of specialized equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise external suppliers and contractors.
• Identify and resolve facility issues.

Requirements:

• Technical apprenticeship or Bachelor of Engineering.
• 3+ years in Facilities Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electric, HVAC, fire protection).
• Certified electrician is a plus.
• English B2, German B1.
• Hands-on, motivated, proactive, and structured.
