Location: Remote, London

Responsibilties Overview:
- Manage a team of Product Managers
- Be fluid and move with an evolving environment - ensuring efficiency in everything you do
- Identify opportunities. using data, and implement strategies as a result
- Embody and channel the company values and objectives through short-term and long-term roadomaps
- Be at the forefront of of leading different teams in order to launch smarter strategies across Desktop, Mobile Web and Native Apps
Essential Requirements
- At least 10 years in a 'Head of' role
- Experience of managaging teams
- Clear focus on algorithm development, machine learning and model optimization to drive results
- Extensive experience with BI Tools such as SQL, Tableau etc
- Clear experience with data-driven product optimiztion
- A balance between product focus and tech focus
- Excellent problem solver
- In-depth skill and knowledge of conversion funnels
- Able to work independantly and use initiative
