Elbit Systems in the UK are a Defence, Technology and Aerospace company working on a range of technologies for both military and civilian applications.

You will be working with a team of experienced and talented individuals across multiple disciplines and in an organisation thathas the benefit of a global presence with plenty of growth opportunity.

What we're looking for;

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our growing operations team. As growth has continued throughout 2020 and with a busy 2021 we are now looking to hire a driven and well organised HR Admin that is interested in joining a company where no two days will be the same.

The role will see you involved with a range of tasks from organising interviews and sifting candidates to supporting the HR business partner, working alongside finance controllers, and assisting with the day to day running of HR and operations.

We believe in doing things a little differently here at Elbit and so always encourage individuals to find new and more efficient ways of getting things done.

This is the ideal role for both those with previous HR/CIPD experience or those that are looking to grow and upskill and with excellent administration skills.

Skills/experience required:

  • HR administration experience or general Admin experience with CIPD

  • Experience of working within a UK Government security environment or Defence sector would be beneficial but not essential

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and respond quickly to time critical situations

  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, word etc)

What's in it for you;

Elbit UK is at the forefront of technological innovation within our industry and as our presence grows in the UK, we want to recruit talented individuals to build a cohesive and diverse group on numerous projects. We offer Competitive salary packages, flexible working hours, health care options, life cover, family friendly policies and a range of additional benefits including salary sacrifice schemes, discounts, access to Learning and Development tools and support for yours and your family's health and wellbeing.

All the positions will be based full-time or with alternative flexible arrangement from our offices either in Bristol, London or home based (where the job allows).
