Your Mission: Driving Excellence in Defence ILS
As our ILS Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our complex defence projects are supported flawlessly throughout their life cycle. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic ILS Planning: Developing comprehensive logistics concepts and guidelines, including ILS management plans, obsolescence management, and robust maintenance strategies.
- Offer & Work Package Leadership: Coordinating and preparing winning internal and external offers and work packages for ILS, adhering strictly to process and guidelines.
- Requirements & Contractor Management: Analysing intricate customer requirements, leading requirements planning, and expertly coordinating contractors.
- Proactive Stakeholder Engagement: Managing seamless communication with contractors and actively collaborating with our valued customers.
- Strategic Support: Contributing to vital strategic planning within Technical Logistic Support (TLS).
What You Bring to the Team:
- Defence ILS Expertise: Proven experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within the defence sector is essential.
- Technical / Logistics Qualification: A completed degree in a technical or logistics field, or comparable qualification (e.g., technician).
- ILS Standards Mastery: In-depth knowledge of relevant ILS regulations and standards (e.g., S3000L, MIL-STD-1388-2B).
- Leadership & Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage, coordinate, and delegate complex work packages effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent German and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) are a must.
- Independent & Reliable: A structured, independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork abilities.
