Job Opportunity: Industrial Leader/Supply chain Manager

Location: Bristol

Pay Rate: £39.00 per hour (Inside IR35) - 35 hours per week + Overtime

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential extension)

IO Associates is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Leader to join a leading global aerospace organisation at their Bristol site. Responsibilities:

Support supplier selection and industrialisation (Transfer of Work).
Resolve plant disruptions and technical issues impacting delivery.
Lead or support design/manufacturing changes with a focus on cost and feasibility.
Drive cost-down initiatives and identify product/process improvements.
Ensure clear communication across procurement, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

Background in manufacturing engineering (metallic/composite parts, tooling, or assembly).
Strong understanding of supplier industrialisation and continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical problem-solving skills.
