IT Change Lead/ Manager

IT Change Lead/ Manager | 6 Months | £550 - £650 per day Inside IR35 | Wiltshire

Our client is a successful global brand who is going through a business wide IT Change Initiative.

They are therefore looking to bring on 2 IT Change Leads who will help drive adoption, communication and engagement across the programme.

This is a business critical role for the company as they embark on a number of IT projects and programmes so whoever comes in must have the below experience and abilities:

• Develop and drive communication and training plans
• Create buy-in of the changes through key internal communications that make key stakeholders and affected employees aware of the changes and how it will affect them.
• Measure and report progress using KPIs and goals
• Provide direct coaching and support to line managers and stakeholders
• Facilitate Change Management activities including workshops, talent mapping processes, impact assessments & transformation targets

Because these roles available are business critical and the majority of their staff are now in the office full time, there will be an On-Site requirement.
