IT Programme Manager
6 Month Contract
£800 per day Inside IR35
3 days per week in office in Wiltshire/ 2 days remote working
Are you an IT focussed Programme Manager who has experience with delivering customer service focussed, IT enabled programmes?
If so, our client is looking for someone who:
- has the ability to manage £6mill programmes with multiple streams
- manages multiple stakeholders across different markets - particularly for outsourced/outsourcing parts of the programme
- reports and leads discussions with C-suite directors
- Customer focussed - both business and owner centric
- Any experience in the following would be advantageous:
- Amazon Connect Technologies
- Digital Chat Solutions
- Workforce management solutions - esp. Calabrio
- Experience of outsourcing contact centres to 3rd parties
- Remote video solutions - esp Hero and Bambuser
- E-Learning solutions
- Community Hubs
