Are you an IT Support Analyst with excellent customer facing experience as well as resolving technical issues including complex hardware and software problems?

iO Associates are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join a succesful global Clinical Healthcare provider to resolve customer requests that are initiated through multiple support channels, including: telephone and online support request submissions.

You will be responsible for providing remote systems support and maintenance for mission-critical Imaging and Workflow systems that are deployed at customer facilities around the world.

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting/resolving technical issues including complex hardware and software problems involving multiple technologies.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with different audiences, including Information Technology Analysts and clinical staff.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software technical support environment.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Systems (PACS/RIS) is desirable.
