I am working with a growing manufacturing company who have a brand-new position available for an experienced IT support technician with a natural aptitude towards IT.
The IT support technician will play a central role in working within a tight knit team acting as the IT managers second in command. Handling first and second line responsibilities with ample opportunities for progression. The company in question has a great culture, prioritising a work life balance for its staff and offering flexible hours. The IT support technician will be supporting on site queries as well as global issues remotely.
Role: IT Support, with first- and second-line responsibilities
Salary: £25,000 + benefits
This role will involve working with,
- Office 365, implementation and administration
- Windows 10
- Windows Server (2008 - 2019)
- Basic networking knowledge - IP addressing, DNS, DHCP & physical patching of hardware.
- VMware, vSphere
- Ideally with 12-24 months experience in a similar role
This role is ideal for a hands on and highly ambitious IT support technician who is looking for a role they can progress in, as well as being a part of the initial establishment of the teams help desk.
