They are now looking for a L1/L2 End-User Support Specialist to further aid this expansion, helping people to reach all corners of the world ππ
Responsibilities include acting as a gateway between operations and the end-user, scripting to automate processes, and working on their Azure cloud platform π₯
Essential Experience:
- English fluency
- Azure experience
- Scripting experience
- Experience with L1 & L2 support
