As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be heading up a new, small Mechanical team within the organisation. As a Senior role in the department, you will have a real say in the product development and have the satisfaction of seeing your team's hard work realised in real-life applications.

Your role will be to lead the design and analysis of parts and mechanical structures (FEA) for thermal, structural and aerothermal performance which will include mechanical and environmental testing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who have transformed the communications industry through the development of their unique satellite and antenna systems.

All this potential in a role, along with a base salary on offer of between £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) and great benefits including bonus scheme, contributory pension scheme and flexible working.
