Our Client, a leading company in the aerospace industry, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer (NPI/NPD Lead) to join their dynamic team on a contract basis in Warwickshire.

Role Summary:

As a Manufacturing Engineer (NPI/NPD Lead), you will play a crucial role in leading NPI/NPD projects within the fast-paced aerospace sector. Your responsibilities will include integrating new customer requirements and products into existing manufacturing processes, collaborating closely with key aerospace clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead NPI/NPD projects from initiation to completion
Communicate technical requirements with customers and provide regular updates
Delegate tasks and supervise the engineering team
Develop documentation, SOPs, and project plans for new processes
Offer technical expertise in pressing, forming, welding, and fabrication

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in leading NPI/NPD projects
Proficiency in forming, welding, and fabrication processes
Hands-on experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Prior experience in the aerospace industry
Required: DBS and Right to Work checks

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Additional aerospace industry experience would be advantageous
