Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer - Oxfordshire

This is an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a revolutionary Space company who are developing technology that is already having a huge impact towards new discoveries for the benefit of humanity!

Based right in the hub of one of the world's leading space technology campus' - the Space Cluster - this award-winning company has gained much media attention in the last few years, following the incredible success of their recent endeavours.

They're now looking for a Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Thermal engineering and analysis to join their multi-disciplinary team, where you will all have access to world-class, purpose built facilities in order to develop bespoke satellites & antennas for space exploration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong background in design/analysis
• Background in a regulated industry (Space/Aerospace/Defence advantageous)
• Experience with one or more of the following: concept design, gears, motors and mechanisms, static, thermal, thermo-elastic and random vibration analyses

They are looking to offer between £45,000 - £65,000 for this position (depending on your relevant experience) plus a range of benefits.
