iO Associates have partnered up cracking customer support organization who are looking to add yet another head to their growing team. They are looking for a Parts Technical Sales Advisor offering excellent personal development and growth with fantastic progression opportunities within the company.

The role:

• Building relationships globally for all the spare parts needs.
• Providing technical and sales advice to customers by telephone, face-to-face and written Communication
• Constructing written quotations utilizing ERP system as required and ensuring customer receipt of quotation (pre- and post-quote) and proactively providing updates to customers where necessary.
• Using promotions and special offers to seek new sales opportunities.

What they want from you:

• A keen eye for detail and the skills to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience of tender process and the confidence to read through bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Brilliant sales negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate good skills in the use of MS Office in analyzing and reporting data from our ERP system.
