PERFORMANCE DEVELOMENT ENGINEER

INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT (Possible Extension)

REMOTE - OUTSIDE IR35

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the development of a brand new, next generation electric aircraft that is set to completely revolutionise the future of cross-country travel in the coming years.

They are now looking for a Performance Development Engineer who will be responsible for the development of the performance model of the propulsion system of the all-electric aircraft, as well as various other activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the Aviation sector - dealing with modelling, performance modelling, or actuator dynamics
• Matlab/Simulink
• Background in modelling the performance of electric machines, power electronics, and electrical actuator dynamics
