Have you ever been involved in an extreme sport and been unable to hear the instructions of the person just a few metres away from you due to the noisy wind or water?

Or perhaps you have been working on a construction site, surrounded by heavy machinery, needing to communicate with fellow deafened colleagues?

Difficult isn't it.

Well not anymore! This London tech start-up are on a mission to provide contact-free communication systems for those operating within hazardous environments.

This state-of-the-art technology uses facial vibrations to both receive and transmit audio to other users whist absorbing any background noise. All of this in a slick, compact device that is easily added to almost all forms of safety helmet.

The company is now looking for an experienced Production Engineer who is excited about taking products from prototypes to the shelf by sourcing suppliers, partnering with manufacturers and developing quality control procedures.

The products themselves are predominantly manufactured using plastic injection moulded design so experience in this is key, ideally as well as other techniques like machining and 3D printing.

In return, my client is offering a salary of circa £40,000 per annum plus several other benefits including company stock options, pension scheme, unlimited holiday, and flexible working!
