We are hiring a Programme Manager to support our delivery of a large scale Training programme for the UK MoD & Royal Navy.

After the announcement of a large scale Royal Navy programme in December, we are now on the lookout for a Programme Manager to directly support the Programme Director, Transition Manager and Engineering Manager in the E2E delivery of technical systems for simulated maritime training. This will encompass the initial phase transition of staff and premises right through to the technical definition and development of simulators to BAU delivery over the next 12+ years.

The role would be suited to an individual with multiple years experience of programme delivery within commercial defence and a broad experience of both technical and change delivery across Land, Air and Sea.

The role offers the ideal opportunity for an individual that is looking for a change to take charge of the project alongside the Director of the division and build a team around them of both technical and HR delivery heads.

Experience;

• Commercial Delivery of Defence Programmes
• P3M Delivery Experience
• MoD Stakeholder Management
• Management of complex subcontract and consortium deliveries
