Project Manager
Location: Filton (Hybrid)
Type: 12-Month Contract

We are seeking a Project Manager to support key aerospace programmes based in Filton. This hybrid role requires someone confident in technical discussions and experienced working alongside engineering, procurement, and design teams within a regulated aerospace environment.

Requirements

Degree-qualified with APM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
Aerospace experience with a solid understanding of aircraft systems and engineering processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to hold technical conversations with engineers.
Hands-on experience with MS Project and ICC (Integrated Configuration Controls) - essential.
Proven stakeholder management experience, interfacing across engineering, procurement, and design.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead delivery of engineering and systems projects to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Chief Engineering, Procurement, Customer Services, and Manufacturing.
Build, maintain, and manage structured project plans using MS Project.
Act as a confident customer-facing representative while managing internal and external relationships.
Drive project reporting, risk management, and support financial and planning processes.
