£35000 - £45000 per annum + Dependent on Experience

IO Associates have partnered with an industry leading global developer in audio systems in their recruitment for a Quality Process Engineer.
This permanent role will play a part in our clients' new lifesaving equipment in the most environmentally friendly way, whilst maintaining the quality that puts them in the top spot in the market.
At 200 employees, this company is seemingly small, but do not let that put you off - they are industry leading in both the UK and Global markets.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualities:
- Change management.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- At least 2 years' experience in a relevant role.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to both motivate others and lead change.
- A strong interest of information technology.
- An understanding of ISO9001, 14001 and 27001 (desirable).
