IO Associates have partnered with an industry leading global developer in audio systems in their recruitment for a Quality Process Engineer. This permanent role will play a part in our clients' new lifesaving equipment in the most environmentally friendly way, whilst maintaining the quality that puts them in the top spot in the market.

At 200 employees, you will have autonomy within this role and a huge scope for personal career development, as well as helping the business expand further.

As part of the role, you will be promoting the implementation of improvements to business processes to meet company requirements and ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment) and 27001 (information security) standards. Alongside reviewing and auditing processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Furthermore, you will look to Implement, maintain, and continually improve the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information system whilst communicating with stakeholders to understand the needs of the business.

You will gain good agreements with senior management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business.

What they want from you:

• At least 5 years proven experience working in a Quality Engineer role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Access Dimensions and/or Dynamics Business Central preferred).
• An understanding of ISO9001, 14001 and 27001 (desirable).
• Change management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
• The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes.
• A good degree in a relevant subject, such as business information systems or business computing systems
• Project Management: Prince 2/Agile
