Receptionist & Office Administrator
Location: North Bristol
Salary range: £17,500 - £20,000


We are assisting a North Bristol based team that are looking to hire a receptionist on a full-time basis to assist the office manager as the office begins to re-open and get busier.


The team are based near Aztec West, have excellent parking and looking for an individual who be able to be on site throughout the week to help manage the busy front desk and facilities.


You would be working within the business operations team who are a small and close knit group creating an excellent office atmosphere. You will work closely with the office manager and assisting with a number of tasks and have the opportunity to perform administrative tasks as well as pick up first aid qualifications, fire warden training and also running security checks and management of offices spaces and visitors.


The role would suit both an individual looking to pick up more administrative tasks within a reception role or someone who is looking for a new opportunity and a chance to join a company with the scope to learn on the job and take more and more responsibility within the operations team.


Key tasks;

  • Running the busy reception area
  • Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
  • Assisting with office administration
  • Helping with security checks and passes
  • Maintaining office stationary and supplies
