iO Associates have partnered up with an engineering giant who are looking for a compliance / safety engineer to take responsibility for the product compliance ensuring all regulatory, compliance and approval risks are identified and effectively communicated to the relevant teams.

The company have an extremely strong reputation within the UK engineering industry.

The Senior Compliance Engineer will be responsible for researching and identifying the global technical regulatory and compliance requirements that their products must comply with, communicating with the relevant project teams to ensure the relevant products are developed to be compliant to all global requirements and will be responsible for ensuring compliance through design.

Skills Required:

• Possess a Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical subject
• Significant experience in product approvals and compliance with a focus on 60335 family of standards
• Excellent communication skills to all levels within the business, and documentation management experience.
