Security Analyst

Security Analyst | £32,000 | Cardiff/Remote

As a Security Analyst you will act as a Customer Champion, who is persistent in resolving customer incidents by demonstrating ownership, strong communicative skills and a passion for developing your skills. Even as an entry level role, you will be reporting to the Operational Lead of the Security Operations team and so will have a brilliant influence who will ensure your personal growth. You will be integral to my clients goal of providing a World Class Customer Experience, best-in-class security outcomes, and technical support for a wide variety of products, technologies and applications.

Experience Required:

• Basic hands on experience working with Windows infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of a cloud environment & infrastructure.
• Basic command of Linux systems administration and working with BASH.

This role, as a Security Analyst position, requires a broad range of knowledge- however in-depth knowledge is not essential! A general understanding of all aspects of Security Analysis, such as Windows logging, network monitoring and using an IDS is expected, but note that this role understands that it is entry-level and that development is expected.
