iO Associates have partnered up with a rapidly growing and diversifying company operating within the industrial materials handling market, with manufacturing capabilities here in the UK, U.S.A and Europe.

This company are going from strength to strength, over the last 4 years they have tripled their annual turnover to £30m, this has allowed them to re-invest these earnings back into the company and increase their headcount. They've also managed to secure a new facility in Liverpool, purchase a new PDM system and increase the number of Solidworks licences they hold.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years' experience in Mechanical Design
• Structural Steel, sheet metal design
• Solidworks 3D CAD

In your first 12 months, you can expect to be focusing on improving their current portfolio, learning their processes, understanding their products and will thereafter be at the forefront of the company's New Product Development projects.

As one of their Senior Engineers, you will be the one that their Junior Engineers turn to should they have any issues, so the ability to manage your time effectively and become a subject matter expert will help you succeed in this role.
