Senior Materials Controller

Are you an experienced Senior Materials Controller with a strong track record of delivering results in an operational environment looking for an exciting new opportunity?
iO Associates have partnered with an industry leading global electronics company in their recruitment for a Senior Materials Controller.

You will be responsible for ensuring that material is always available to meet customer demand, while optimising the on-site inventory to meet the business requirement for net working capital.
Our Client is a market leading developer and manufacturer. Their solutions are integral to manufacturing processes for important and widely used technology such as semiconductors, solar cells and more.
Their products are also used in a wide range of industrial processes - some of which include power, pharmaceutical and in scientific instruments.

Role Location: Eastbourne

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualities:

• Manufacturing/Operations background (essential).
• Good communication and excellent fluency in spoken and written English (essential).
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2018.
• Knowledge of Kanban.
• Experience with implementing and working with Lean Principles.
• Demonstrated experience of analytical skills and ERP systems knowledge.
• Good data processing skills.
• SAP experience (preferred).
• Degree level in Engineering or Science discipline (desirable).
