Tasks and Responsibilities

Work as part of the team responsible for the delivery of the mechanical engineering package, throughout the design phases of the project lifecycle.
Develop and author engineering concepts and deliverables to the required scope.
Work with awareness of Hazards associated with the work undertaken.

Required

Active SC
Design of mechanical and nuclear process / plant systems.
Strong understanding of engineering design and safety practices
Familiarity with submarine, facility, or process plant systems
Knowledge of safety function substantiation (preferably in nuclear contexts).
Ability to produce P&ID and fabrication drawings (BS8888).
