We are hiring a Senior Military Air Certification Consultant to join our fast-growing Aerospace, Defence, and Security division. If you're passionate about airworthiness, certification, and complex defence systems - this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Your Role

As a senior consultant, you'll lead and support military air certification projects across a range of complex platforms. This includes:

Leading major certification management assignments.
Advising on safety, airworthiness, technical evaluations, and certification artefacts.
Engaging with high-level defence clients, managing presentations, and steering strategy.
Ensuring compliance with UK military certification standards and guiding internal teams.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Solid knowledge of MAA Regulatory Publications (MRP)
Hands-on experience with MACP, ASPIRE, and AET Process 08
Familiarity with Defence Standards (e.g., 00-970) or CS/FARs
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

Experience developing Certification Management Plans or Airworthiness Strategies
Working knowledge of Def Stan 00-056 and industry safety assessments
Background in wider defence markets or membership in aerospace/defence societies
